We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment is due to start. We do have free car parking for you to use on your visit but it is subject to availability so please leave yourself plenty of time before your appointment in case you need to find alternative parking. In the event that you arrive late we will try our best to allow your appointment depending on what service you are booked in for. However please see our cancellation policy for more information.

We have a small waiting area outside our room with chairs for you to wait before your appointment. You can also use these chairs after your appointment should you want to.

We do not have a separate changing room facility for your appointment but we do have a changing area within our room. We will allow you to change into your desired attire for your session in private and have dressing gowns for you to wear to protect your privacy.

The minimum age for treatments is 16 years however parental attendance will be required for those under the age of 18.

Your appointment is carried out by specialists who will talk you through each step of the equipment. They will discuss how the machine works and what exactly is required from you to achieve the best results. You will never be left unattended during your session.

We would ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to your appointment as they will be asked to wait in our waiting area whilst you have your treatments. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but it is for the safety of all parties.
